"Pretty convenient, though not totally perfect"
Booking was simple, and I’m sure it saved us a good bit of hassle once we got to the park. The pickup did take longer than I expected, though, and the scooter itself was just okay. Still, overall it was useful and I’d probably consider doing it again

I rented through Scooterbug and overall the communication was easy to follow. I was feeling a little rushed that day, so I really appreciated that the emails had the important stuff laid out clearly, like pickup details and timing, without making me dig around for it.
The only reason I’d go with 4 stars is that I had one question and the reply took a bit longer than I was hoping. Once they got back to me, though, the answer was simple and helpful. I’d use them again.

"Got in quicker than I thought"
I was expecting to be stuck waiting for a while, especially since it was one of those busy trip days where you’re already thinking about the next thing you have to get to. But the wait ended up being way shorter than I had in my head. I got helped quickly, everything kept moving, and before I knew it I was back on track. Not a huge dramatic thing, but when something doesn’t eat up half your day, it feels like a win.

I called scooterbug.com because I wasn’t sure about my rental time and needed a little help getting it sorted out. The person I spoke with was friendly, explained things clearly, and fixed the issue quickly.
I did have to wait on hold for a bit before getting through, so it wasn’t perfect. But once they answered, the help was simple and useful, and I’d be fine using them again.

The wheelchair was sturdy and comfortable to use, even though it had a few scratches and looked a little worn. It worked perfectly fine throughout the day, so I really can’t complain. I’d definitely use it again if I needed one

I picked up my scooter right at the theme park and, it could not have been easier. Within minutes I was off and moving like the day had been magically saved. Dropping it off was just as simple too. It made the whole park day so much smoother and way less stressful.

"Scooter was fine, hotel handoff was a little confusing"
I rented a scooter and had it delivered to my hotel. It did get there, and once I had it, the scooter worked totally fine. It’s not even about that — the main issue was that the front desk didn’t really seem to know what was going on at first, so I had to make a call and get it sorted out myself. Not a huge deal, but it added some extra waiting around after we arrived. Overall it was okay, I just wish the hotel coordination had been a bit clearer.

"Replacement showed up fast"
My scooter started acting up during my trip, I think it was on the second day, or maybe the third, I can’t remember exactly. I was worried it was going to throw off the whole day, but scooterbug got a replacement out to me way faster than I expected. It was really easy, and I didn’t have to sit around waiting forever. I really appreciated how quickly they handled everything

"Pretty good scooter overall"
The scooter was in good shape and worked fine for me. It looked mostly clean, which was reassuring, and the battery held up okay during use. The only thing I noticed was that the seat had some wear, so I was a little unsure at first, but it ended up not being a big issue.

Rented from scooterbug.com. Scooter showed up super clean. Seat, handles, basket. All of it looked wiped down really well.
I’m picky with that kind of thing. So yeah, nice surprise. No weird smell. No sticky spots. I’d use them again for sure.

I wasn’t really expecting it to be that fast, or maybe I just underestimated it, but it got me around quickly. I don’t remember running into any slowdowns, at least not that I noticed.

"Refund went way smoother than I thought"
I had to cancel my scooter booking at the last minute and expected the refund to be a hassle. I emailed them and got a response quickly, which was a nice surprise. The money was back on my card a few days later with no arguing or random fees. Maybe they’ve just got a really organized support team, but either way, I appreciated how easy it was
